Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Guaranteed check-in is at 2pm.

Check-out is at 10am.

 

Q. Methods of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard. Please note that all credit card payments incur a 1.75% surcharge. 

Bank deposits can be arranged prior to arrival day.

 

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We do require a security bond with all of our bookings.

For our 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, we require a pre-authorisation of $250.00 AUD

For our suites and sub-penthouses, we require a pre-authorisation of $1000.00 AUD

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash bonds.

 

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, we do have after-hours check-in available.

Kindly advise us if you are arriving after our reception hours and we will send you an email of our late arrivals process to guide you.

Reception hours;

Monday - Friday 8.00AM - 5.00PM

Saturday 8.00AM - 4.00PM

Sunday & Public Holidays 8.00AM - 12NOON

 

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

We do offer a late check-out service, but only if we have availability to do so.

It is best to request this upon booking, and then to confirm with us the day before your departure whether we are able to accommodate this for you.

Some charges may apply depending on your requested check-out time.

 

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We can book theme park tickets, and tickets to many other Gold Coast attractions. We may even have some special offers, so if you are planning a fun filled holiday, speak to us at reception.

 

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Wireless internet is provided to all of our guests complimentary for the first 8 hours of usage.

If you do require additional usage, it can be purchased from reception.

 

Q: What facilities do you have?

Open DAILY from 7.00AM - 9.00PM

Q: Is there car parking available?

With any booking you make through Carmel By The Sea, you will recieve at least one assigned carspace in our secure underground carpark. This secure car park can only be accessed by guests of Broadbeach Holidays. We also have a separate secured visitor's carpark.

 

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all linen is provided complimentary, however, please ensure to bring your own pool towels or you can hire them from reception for a small cost.

 

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Our apartments are only serviced for stays of eight nights or greater, however, we do have full laundries in every apartment, including a clothes dryer. 

 

Q: Is the pool heated?
Yes, both our indoor and outdoor pools are heated.

 

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

We are just a short stroll to Oasis shopping centre, Broadbeach town centre, The Casino, the Kurrawa Surf Club and the Oracle, all of which have some fantastic dining options to suit all of your needs. We are also walking distance to supermarkets, or you can choose to have your groceries delivered to your room on the day of or after your arrival. We have fully equipped kitchens, so you can choose to cook up a storm in the comfort of your own apartment or enjoy the array of local restaurants. 

 

Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes. It is only a short stroll to Pacific Fair's bus & tram stations.

TransLink's integrated tickets are a great way to get around. Travel on bus, train or tram with a go card or grab a Gold Coast go explore for bus and tram travel.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Oasis shopping centre has Woolworths, local butcher, bakery & bottle shop and is only a short walk from us.

If you prefer locally grown fresh market produce, the Broadbeach markets are held the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month.
